We are proud to share that Everest Management Solutions has been selected to present at the 2026 Ohio Health Care Association Convention this May.
This year’s conference received nearly 200 speaker applications, each reviewed and scored by a panel of more than 45 industry volunteers. Being selected through this competitive process is a meaningful recognition of Everest’s hands-on, results-driven approach to supporting senior living and post-acute care providers.
Our accepted session, “Reducing Agency Reliance Through Recruitment, Retention, and Technology,” will be presented by Tiffany Flynn, Vice President of Senior Living Sales & Operations, Nikki Schilling, Executive Vice President of Operations Support & Strategic Development, and GerryAnn Stolzenburg, Director of Operations.
Together, the team will share real-world strategies drawn from direct operational experience helping organizations stabilize staffing, strengthen internal teams, and thoughtfully leverage technology to reduce dependence on agency labor.
