Everest Management Solutions is proud to share that our team was selected to present at the 2026 Ohio Health Care Association (OHCA) Annual Convention this May in Columbus, Ohio.
This year’s conference received nearly 200 speaker submissions, each reviewed and evaluated by a panel of more than 45 industry professionals and volunteers. Being selected through such a competitive process reflects Everest’s continued commitment to providing practical, operationally focused support to senior living and post-acute care organizations across the country.
Session Details
Everest’s session, Reducing Agency Reliance Through Recruitment, Retention, and Technology, was presented by Tiffany Flynn, Vice President of Senior Living Sales and Operations; Nikki Schilling, Executive Vice President of Operations Support and Strategic Development; and GerryAnn Stolzenburg, Director of Operations.
The presentation focused on one of the most significant challenges facing healthcare providers today: workforce stabilization. Drawing from real operational experience across senior living and skilled nursing environments, the team shared actionable strategies organizations can implement to reduce agency utilization, strengthen recruitment and retention efforts, improve accountability, and thoughtfully leverage technology to support long-term operational success.
The session was designed to provide attendees with practical, immediately applicable takeaways rooted in firsthand operational experience rather than theory alone. Topics included workforce culture, leadership accountability, onboarding and retention strategies, labor management, and the importance of creating sustainable systems that support outcomes for both staff and residents.
