Michael has over 20 years of financial and operational experience with his first 10 years as an Investment Banking Professional and his last 11 years in Senior Living (Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Independent Living) as an Administrator and VP of Operations. He has a specific focus on creating a long-term operational strategy, improving day-to-day operational results and improving financial outcomes for Senior Living Communities.

Mandi has over 15 years of experience in the long-term care industry. With experience starting at the bedside and Director of Nursing to multi-state SNF portfolio clinical management, Mandi’s skill set includes a diverse understanding of the regulatory challenges that face our industry and partnering across the disciplines to improve the quality of care for the Senior population she has spent her career serving.

Sandra has over 16 years of experience in long term care specializing in in a range of areas within the industry. Experience in the LTC community includes roles ranging from bedside care to vice president level with a focused specialty in informatics.
Sandra has a wholistic approach to healthcare with informatic compliance being at the forefront. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner, RAC certified, and holds a Quality Assurance Practitioner certification.
With her experience in both clinical compliance and informatics she assists the LTC community to deliver quality clinical and financial outcomes driving facilities to excellence.

April has worked in the healthcare industry in various roles for over 20 years. Over the last six years, April has worked exclusively with operations and census development in streamlining processes and programming to maximize growth and quality mix for Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities. April has successfully built and managed teams for over 40+ buildings and is a Licensed Practical Nurse.
