• EMS support to include training and joint process development or refinement to “quick start” change management based on assessment findings and client needs.
• EMS governance to act as an escalation point for issues or barriers in optimization that include but are not limited to; repeat onsite support for workflow alignment, outcomes review and trend analysis for tactic refinement to catalyze success and position for sustainability.
• EMS will adopt a corporate success partner approach to introduce findings and implement best practices to Aurora stakeholders for sustainability at the conclusion of EMS engagement
